From the book jacket: Randy has always idolized his older brother, Mike, who talks to him about “dreams and cars and girls and things.” But when Mike, newly discharged from the Navy, announces his latest plan for the future, Randy finds himself questioning his brother for the first time. Thinking public reaction will be in their favor, Mike and a former shipmate decide to blow up a nuclear reactor on a naval base.
